Clinical supervision

Clinical supervision is a vital part of all clinicians' practice. We offer clinical supervision for qualified psychologists, focusing on reflective practice, case formulation, and professional development.

About Us

At Orenia, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalised private autism and ADHD assessments and online therapy tailored to your unique needs. Your mental health and wellbeing is our priority, and we are here to support you every step of the way.  Together, we have over 15 years combined experience working in health care and education in the UK. Dr Natalia Fagbemi

Clinical Psychologist

I am committed to supporting those experiencing mental health difficulties, and have experience working with a diverse range of clients including children, adults and older adults. I am passionate about creating a safe and non-judgemental space to help my clients to understand their difficulties and how they can make changes to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

As a HCPC registered Chartered Clinical Psychologist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, I have worked across various settings including community, inpatient and specialist services in the NHS. I have experience utilising therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to support people experiencing Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Psychosis, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and other anxiety disorders, as well as those experiencing high levels of perfectionism, self-criticism, low self-esteem and relational difficulties.

In particular, I am passionate about ensuring my practice remains accessible to those from diverse backgrounds and continue to adapt sessions to accommodate those with neurodiversity including ADHD and ASD, as well as those with additional cultural or religious needs.

Dr Sophie Shapter

Clinical Psychologist

Hi, I’m Dr. Sophie Shapter, a HCPC registered Chartered Clinical Psychologist with a passion for supporting individuals to explore and understand their thoughts and emotions, and to work towards positive change.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various education and healthcare settings, helping young people and their families understand and navigate the challenges that come with Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. My time in CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Services allowed me to develop and run post-diagnostic psycho-educational workshops, empowering both young people and parents with knowledge about Autism and ADHD. I’m passionate about helping children, adults, and families understand what autism means for them and working together to unlock their full potential.

Beyond neurodevelopmental conditions, I have experience working with individuals facing a wide variety of mental health difficulties. My specific interests and expertise lie in anxiety, OCD, phobias and PTSD. My approach is always compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to the unique needs of each person I support. I offer online CBT interventions to help support my clients to understand their difficulties and support them to challenge the maintaining thoughts and behaviours that may be present.
